Welcome to Nina’s Bakery: Where Every Slice Tells a Story

Our founder, Nina, grew up learning the delicate secrets of the perfect pie crust from her grandmother. To Nina, baking was how her family expressed love and celebrated life. Armed with these cherished family recipes, Nina started a humble home-kitchen operation, baking late into the night for local farmers’ markets and neighbors.

The turning point came when the community fell in love with her signature Vanilla Bean Cardamom Loaf and melt-in-your-mouth Salted Caramel Macarons. Demand quickly outgrew her home oven, and our official storefront was born. Today, we operate on the exact same philosophy Nina started with: never cut corners, bake with integrity, and
always add a pinch of love.
